Consultation Booking Policy

Our 1:1 strategy sessions are high-level advisory engagements designed to provide strategic clarity, positioning direction, and actionable frameworks tailored to your business.

Cancellations

Clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided the first session has not yet been conducted.

Once the first session has taken place, the engagement is considered initiated and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of that session.

Session Usage

All sessions must be completed within six (6) months of purchase.

Clients acknowledge that documents generated during live working sessions may contain minor typographical or grammatical inconsistencies and agree to disregard such errors in draft materials. All outputs produced through AI are based entirely on the quality and specificity of the inputs provided. Prompts are constructed using: (1) The Brand Amplifiers’ proven marketing and messaging frameworks, including our proprietary “11 Questions to Ask AI to Market Your Business Better” methodology; (2) the information, context, experience, goals, and challenges shared by the client; and (3) our professional expertise in branding, marketing strategy, CRM implementation, and premium brand positioning. AI functions solely as a production tool. Strategic direction, judgment, and refinement remain the responsibility of The Brand Amplifiers.  However, we use the priorities expressed by clients to guide our prompts.}
