Private Strategy Prep

Before we meet, tell us where your business stands today, what you want to accomplish, and what feels most important to address. Your responses help us enter your first strategy session already prepared to focus on what matters most.

Before we meet, we’d like to understand your business as you see it today.

You do not need perfect answers, polished language, or a fully developed strategy. This preparation simply gives us context so we can spend less of your first session gathering background and more of it focused on what matters most.

Answer what you know. If you’re unsure about something, say that.

Estimated completion time: 10–15 minutes.

Your Private Strategy engagement includes six 90-minute sessions to be completed within six months of your purchase date. We can meet as often as once a week or once a month, depending on your capacity to implement.
